
ITV WOMEN’S EUROS TITLE SEQUENCE
Art Direction on titles, bumpers and match packaging for itv’s coverage of the 2025 Women’s Euros Tournament. This included concept, character design, background artwork and 3D prop and set design. The concept centred on the idea of a thrilling journey through a magical clockwork world, with the players represented by hand carved wooden automata. Aesthetically we wanted to focus on the handmade, giving the piece a charming, tactile quality.

FIA WORLD ENDURANCE CHAMPIONSHIP
Creative lead on this successful pitch and complete redesign of the world’s premier endurance racing championship. WEC presents many unique challenges, with races of long circuits and durations, multiple classes racing on the same circuit concurrently, and in the case of Le Mans, 60 plus cars on track at one time
The whole visual identity was redesigned from the ground up. We broke down the race graphics into discrete but integrated systems – sidebar race list, lower 3rds, top and right side panels – and interrogated the efficacy of the current system, improving data representation.

PRIME SPORT ON-SCREEN PACKAGES
Amazon Prime tasked Ignite with developing full on-screen and presentation packaging for their Premier League offering back in January 2023. As Creative Director UK and lead on the project we began an almost year-long process of development, finally delivering for their run of games at Christmas 2023.
The package was so well received Amazon asked us to adapt and develop for the NWSL in the US and in it’s latest iteration for Copa do Brasil and Series A in Brazil, and Chivas in Mexico.
The package has also been adapted for Prime’s tennis coverage, currently Wimbledon and Roland Garros.

AUGMENTED REALITY DESIGN
XR and AR has become an increasing feature of on-screen design, particularly in future-focussed sport presentation and infographics. From producing flat designs, assets, mockups or 3d scenes, to working directly with Unreal or Viz artists, AR is arguably the new shopfront of Broadcast Design.

CBS US ELECTION NIGHT AR
Ignite Design and their sister company Silverspoon were asked by CBS to design and produce augmented reality and title sequence for their 2024 US Election Night Show. As part of a large team on this mammoth undertaking I produced many mocks, concepts and tests over many months, much of it fully rendered 3D in C4D/Redshift.
Taking the iconic Eye as a focal point, the CBS team wanted to explore a darker, more serious look, alongside the traditional red, white and blue, for this momentous election cycle. We also explored new ways of representing data in the ever present election map.

ITV SPORT ENGLAND TITLE SEQUENCE
This pitch presentation was one of 3 presented to itv for their England football titles. Ultimately itv chose to take this sequence in house but I was particularly proud of this concept and the storyboard produced at Ignite London.












This title takes the experience of fandom and connects it to a sense of place and time, and explores the universal experience of being an England fan, and through the metaphor of 'joining the crowd' we can join the metaphorical crowd - the collective - in The Home Of Football - itv.
We explore the homes and environments of these fans across the eras in minute, tantilising and amusing detail. The piece culminates in the fans being drawn into the crowd, sucked into a carnival atmosphere and brought right up to the present day. With beautifully rendered animation we can take the audience on the journey were we might not all be able to jet to the match or get tickets for the big game, but we can always be a part of the crowd with itv.

STAR INDIA CRICKET LIVE
I art directed, designed and animated this title sequence for the Cricket Live show for Star Sports Cricket Live, produced for Ignite. A simple concept, bring the IPL team identities and star players to vibrant, colourful life. And with identities as diverse and fun as these it was a riotous joy. Star India are always looking for something fresh and cutting edge , and were more than happy for me to use the latest (at the time!) AI technology combined with traditional motion design to develop a delightfully OTT sequence.

R&A 150th BRITISH OPEN CELEBRATION
I was proud to have worked with the Royal & Ancient Golf Club, Daryl Goodrich and Nymbl to have produced sections for this celebration of the 150th British Open at historic Royal St Andrews, The film was projection mapped across 2 sides of the iconic clubhouse in front, accompanied by fireworks ad voiceover by professional scotsman Gerard Butler.

WORLD TABLE TENNIS TITLE SEQUENCE
Art direction and design on this winning pitch for Daryl Goodrich.
Reflecting the new WTT brand’s forward thinking refresh of table tennis presentation, we took a futuristic approach, setting CGI players within a clean stylised environment, showcasing the bold new table design.
The frames were fully worked up in Maxon C4D and photoshop. The final opener was realised with motion Capture at Rebellion Film Studios

THE ONE, GIORGIO PETROSYAN

SCHWARZKOPF - PARADE
The brief - to create a film for Schwarzkopf that plays on a screen alongside both sides of a catwalk show in a repurposed Berlin subway station.
The challenge - the models were shot on black on a modified running machine - the film has to loop across both screens - and the screens are 50 ft long
Taking 16oz’s beautifully styled and shot 4k footage, I created bespoke particle systems that not only generate from each model but react to gestures and hand movements.

UCI MOUNTAIN BIKE WORLD CUP PACKAGE
2016 rebrand for the high octane (high pedal power?) world of downhill mountain biking, including full OSP and opener. Produce for the team over at BDA Creative.

GLOBAL CHANNEL REBRAND
Global is the home to some of the most watched TV in Canada.
Our approach was to create an identity that was as broad and colourful as the programming. By upscaling everything, from type to layout, and making use of Global’s signature symbol - that upward tick is called ‘The Morty’ - we create a visual style bursting with fun and colour.

THE PITCH PROCESS
Spread across 3 phases, the Global rebrand was a monster pitch presented to a company thousands of miles away. By focussing all of our resources on pitch films that would speak for themselves we were able to stand out from the crowd, the whole process taking place remotely.
